The hose is divided into a first hose positioned along the arm head and a second hose positioned within the vehicle body. The first hose and the second hose are connected in such a manner that washer fluid can pass from one hose to the other via a joint member 70. The arm head 10 has an opening 10A which opens on a fastening part 11 side, and the joint member 70 is fitted to the arm head 10 in a such a manner that the part of the joint member 70 that connects with the second hose passes through the opening 10A.",
