A vehicle air-conditioning apparatus (1) includes a unit case (C) formed by assembling a plurality of case members (10, 11) each including a vertical parting plane (10a, 11a) and having an internal space (80); a depressed groove (10b) provided on the parting plane (10a) of one of the plurality of case members (10, 11); a joint portion (12) provided on the other parting plane (11a) and including a projecting portion (11b) to be inserted into the depressed groove (10b); and a sealing member (30) disposed on a bottom portion of the joint portion (12) and in an interior thereof in a compressed manner, in which the unit case (C) includes an output portion (50) that communicates the depressed groove (10b) with an external space (90) and leads end portions (30a, 30b) of the sealing member (30) to the external space (90), and a communicating portion (40) that communicates the depressed groove (10b) with the internal space (80). The communicating portion (40) is provided below the output portion (50).
