Adjustment buckle, comprising a buckle body with mutually spaced side walls, a pivot axis extending between the side walls of the buckle body, and a handling part with a rod element and a pair of receiving holes, wherein the receiving holes are configured to receive the pivot axis in order to engage the handling part with the buckle body such that the handling part is pivotable between an open position, in which a strap can be threaded through a gap having a gap width s2 between the pivot axis and the rod element into the handling part, and a closed position, in which tension can be exerted on the strap threaded into the handling part, characterized in that the rod element has a surface provided with a pattern, in particular a three-dimensional pattern, and/or that in the closed position the gap between the pivot axis and the rod element has a gap width s1, wherein the gap width s1 is smaller than the gap width s2.
