METHOD FOR OPERATING OF AN ELECTRIC DRIVE OF A VEHICLE AND MOTOR VEHICLE WITH AN ELECTRIC DRIVE

The present invention relates to a method for operating an electric drive (10) of a vehicle (100), the electric drive (10) comprising an electric machine (11), wherein the vehicle (100) is operable at least in a coasting mode (102) and a recuperation mode (103), wherein furthermore in the coasting mode (102) a movement (101) of the vehicle (100) is not or at least substantially not influenced by the electric machine (11) and in the recuperation mode (103) for generating electrical energy from kinetic energy of the vehicle (100) the electric machine (11) is operated in a generator mode, and wherein the electric machine (11) is electrically coupled with a traction battery (12), which is designed to store and provide electrical energy for the electric machine (11), in a traction network (20). The invention furthermore relates to a vehicle (100) with an electric drive (10), the electric drive (10) comprising at least one electric machine (11), wherein the vehicle (100) is operable at least in a coasting mode (102) and a recuperation mode (103), wherein the electric machine (11) in the coasting mode (102) does not or at least substantially does not influence a movement (101) of the vehicle (100) and in the recuperation mode (103) the electric machine (11) is operable in a generator mode for generating electrical energy from kinetic energy of the vehicle (100), and wherein the electric machine (11) is electrically coupled with a traction battery (12), which is designed to store and provide electrical energy for the electric machine (11), in a traction network (20).
