A rotor structure, a permanent magnet auxiliary synchronous reluctance motor and an electric vehicle. The rotor structure includes a rotor body (10), and permanent magnet slot groups are disposed on the rotor body (10); the permanent magnet slot groups each include an outer layer permanent magnet slot (12); and a third bent slot (23) and a fourth bent slot (24) are further disposed on the rotor body (10). A third angle is formed by a length directional geometric center line of the third bent slot (23) and a length directional geometric center line of a first segment of the outer layer permanent magnet slot (12); a fourth angle is formed between a length directional geometric center line of the fourth bent slot (24) and a length directional geometric center line of a second segment of the outer layer permanent magnet slot (12); an extension line of a side wall of the third bent slot (23) and an outer edge of the rotor body (10) intersect at a first point, and an extension line of a side wall of the fourth bent slot (24) and the outer edge of the rotor body (10) intersect at a second point; and a central angle corresponding to an arc of a connection line between the first point and the second point is A1, where A1>0.63×360°/p. A relationship between an angle between the bent slots and a number P of poles of the rotor structure is set to optimize directions of the magnetic induction lines and to increase output power of permanent magnet torque.
