By providing the connection hole (131) on the magnetic conduction channel (13) formed between the outer layer of magnetic steel slot (11) and the inner layer of magnetic steel slot (12), the deformation of the rotor when rotating at a high speed is effectively reduced, and the obstruction of the connection hole (131) of the rotor to the magnetic flux can be avoided, thereby improving the efficiency of the motor.
