A LOAD CARRIER FOOT

The present invention relates to a load carrier foot comprising a body configured to be connected to a load carrier bar, and configured to rest against a first surface of a vehicle. The load carrier foot further comprises a positioning and tensioning arrangement having a bracket, a pivotable tensioning lever arm operatively connected to the bracket, and being configured to move the bracket in order to clamp the bracket to the vehicle, and having a positioning arrangement comprising a positioning arm being at least partly independently movable compared to the pivoting movement of the pivotable tensioning lever arm. The positioning arm is configured to move the bracket from a first state to a second state in order to position the bracket prior to clamping the bracket to the vehicle.
