An abnormality factor determination apparatus is provided with: a measured value acquisition unit that acquires measured values, the measured values including electric values and temperature values of the plurality of energy storage devices; a predicted value acquisition unit that acquires predicted values, the predicted values including electric values and temperature values of the plurality of energy storage devices; and a determination unit that determines the presence or absence of an abnormality factor relating to the energy storage system based on the acquired measured values and the acquired predicted values.
