The cutting mechanism (3) comprises a movable assembly (8) including a cutting bar (5) and a movable system (40), as well as an actuation motor (6) comprising an electromagnet (7), the movable system (40) being movable under the action of the electromagnet (7), against a return spring (45), between an activation position in proximity and a rest position at a distance from a ferromagnetic core (62) of the electromagnet (7), the movable system (40) being configured to create a break in the continuity of a magnetic circuit formed by the ferromagnetic core (62), a metal casing (64) and the movable system (40), when the latter comes into proximity with the ferromagnetic core (62) in the activation position.",
