2.1. The invention relates to an electrode packing unit for a stack structure of an electrochemical reactor, wherein the electrode packing unit comprises a fluid-tight bipolar plate (1), a first electrode plate (2) and a second electrode plate (3), which are each arranged at a distance on opposite sides of the bipolar plate, as well as a first current transfer structure (4) between the bipolar plate and the first electrode plate and a second current transfer structure (5) between the bipolar plate and the second electrode plate. 2.2. According to the invention, the first and/or the second current transfer structure (4, 5) comprises at least one current transfer element (6), which has a central contact surface (7) and a plurality of current transfer arms (8), which extend with a meandering course from the central contact surface radially outward to an outer edge (9) of the current transfer element and hold the central contact surface elastically compliant perpendicular to its surface plane at the outer edge, wherein the current transfer element contacts the bipolar plate with its central contact surface and the first or second electrode plate with its outer edge, or contacts the first or second electrode plate with its central contact surface and the bipolar plate with its outer edge. 2.3. Use, for example, in electrolysis reactors or fuel cell reactors.
