An intake system structure for a saddle riding vehicle includes an air cleaner (32) and an intake duct (37) including an upstream section (37e-2) and a downstream section (37e-1) connected to the air cleaner (32), and an upstream section (37e-2) of the intake duct (37) is attached to a vehicle body cover configured to cover the outside of a front region of a vehicle body frame (F). An upward curved section (51) curved upward in a protruding shape is formed at the intake duct (37) between the upstream section (37e-2) and the downstream section (37e-1). An intake resonator (52) connected to the upward curved section (51) is disposed below the upward curved section (51) of the intake duct (37).
