Load-bearing structure (1) for vehicle seats of a vehicle, preferably of a commercial vehicle, for fastening the vehicle seats (2a, 2b) to a wall (8a) of a cabin of the vehicle, wherein at least one, preferably at least two vehicle seats can be arranged side by side in a longitudinal direction (1x) of the load-bearing structure, wherein the load-bearing structure comprises a first load-bearing element (4), which can be fastened to the wall, a second load-bearing element (5), which is arranged next to the first load-bearing element in the longitudinal direction of the load-bearing structure and is rigidly connected to it, and a third rail-like load-bearing element (6), which is connected to the at least one vehicle seat on an upper side (6z1) and to the first and/or the second load-bearing element on a lower side (6z2), each by means of a releasable connection (14a, 14b), wherein the first and the second load-bearing elements are configured as shell-like elements, which are configured in an interior (4i, 5i) free of load-bearing structure and open in the direction pointing toward the third load-bearing element (4z1, 5z1).
