The invention relates to a display device, in particular for a trim part of a motor vehicle, having a light source (16) and having a molded part (11) made of plastic, wherein the molded part (11) can be illuminated by means of the light source (16), the molded part (11) is designed as a foamed plastic component and forms a screen. The invention furthermore relates to a foamed plastic part for use as a screen as well as a method for manufacturing a screen.
