The sealing ring includes a locking mechanism adapted to lock the sealing ring around the piston rod. The sealing ring also includes an inner surface having a plurality of concave surfaces and a plurality of convex surfaces. Each of the plurality of concave surfaces is located adjacent to a corresponding convex surface of the plurality of convex surfaces. The sealing ring further includes an upper surface extending between the outer and inner surfaces. The upper surface defines a plurality of channels. The sealing ring further includes grooves and bleeds for tuning energy dissipated by the damper during rebound stroke to help reduction of noise.",
