The present invention relates to a tire silent foam fixing structure for attaching a silent foam to a tire, and a manufacture method thereof. In detail, the present invention relates to a tire silent foam fixing structure that includes: a silent foam for reducing noise generated in a tire; and a plurality of silent foam fixing bands made of an extendable material and having an attaching portion fixed to the inner side of the tire and a pressing portion bringing and keeping the silent foam in contact with the inner liner, in which the pressing portion presses down the top of the silent foam by extending and contracting and a specific adhesive layer is not applied. Therefore, it is possible to easily attach the silent foam and to firmly attach the silent foam to the inner side of a tire without damaging the tire.
