The present invention relates to a nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery in which a positive electrode and a negative electrode capable of occluding and releasing lithium ion, and a nonaqueous electrolytic solution are sealed in an outer packaging case; wherein the nonaqueous electrolytic solution contains lithium fluorosulfonate and sulfate ion, the molar content of the sulfate ion in the nonaqueous electrolytic solution is from 1.0 × 10 mol/L to 1.0 × 10 mol/L, and the outer packaging case is a laminate film.
