CHILD SAFETY SEAT

A child safety seat (100, 100', 100") includes a base (10) for providing support on a vehicle seat, a child support assembly (23a) coupled with the base (10), the child support assembly (23a) including a seat portion (30) and a backrest portion (20) pivotally connected with each other, the child support assembly (23a) being adjustable relative to the base (10) between a sitting position and a recumbent position, a latch (41, 41') operable to lock the child support assembly (23a) with the base (10) in the sitting position or the recumbent position, and an actuator (42, 42') operatively connected with the latch (41, 41'), the actuator (42, 42') being operable to cause the latch (41, 41') to unlock for adjustment of the child support assembly (23a) between the sitting position and the recumbent position.
