The body assembly of a vehicle includes: a body main unit wherein the body main unit is provided with a mounting opening; a battery pack shielding the mounting opening, wherein the battery pack is configured to form at least part of a floor of the body assembly; and a sealing assembly and a front surrounding plate, wherein in the length direction of the body main unit, the front surrounding plate is located on the front side of the sealing assembly, the front surrounding plate is connected to the sealing assembly to form an annular structure, and at least part of the sealing assembly and at least part of the front surrounding plate are both located between the body main unit and the battery pack so as to seal a gap between the body main unit and the battery pack.
