An output end of the switch tube is respectively connected to a power supply input end of the socket lock driving circuit and a power supply input end of the seal cover lock driving circuit; when the switch tube is in a switch-on state, the socket lock driving circuit and the seal cover lock driving circuit are powered on, and when the switch tube is in a switch-off state, the socket lock driving circuit and the seal cover lock driving circuit are powered off; and the control unit has a switch control end connected to a control receiving end of the switch tube.
