AI-BASED CHARGING APPARATUS MANAGEMENT

An example operation includes one or more of executing an artificial intelligence (AI) model to predict an availability of a charging station for a vehicle at a future time from among a plurality of charging stations in an area based on availability data of compatible charging equipment for the vehicle and occupancy levels of the plurality of charging stations, assigning the vehicle to the charging station at the future time based on the predicted availability, routing the vehicle to the charging station, and responsive to a determination that the compatible charging equipment is non-functional at the charging station, rerouting the vehicle to an alternative charging station of the plurality of charging stations based on compatible charging equipment for the vehicle at the alternative charging station.
