A controller for controlling heating of the power storage device by the heater includes a selection unit for selecting a manual temperature rise mode for executing temperature rise control of the power storage device based on a manual operation of an occupant, and an automatic temperature rise mode for executing temperature rise control of the power storage device based on a detection signal obtained by detecting the traveling state, and a temperature rise control unit for suppressing the temperature rise of the power storage device by the manual temperature rise mode when a predetermined first condition is satisfied, and suppressing the temperature rise of the power storage device by the automatic temperature rise mode when a predetermined second condition is satisfied.
