BATTERY SYSTEM WITH MULTIPLE OUTPUT VOLTAGE LEVELS

A battery system (300) for providing multiple output voltage levels (VI, V2, V3). The battery system (300) comprises at least one battery pack (310) and a direct current to direct current (DC/DC) converter (320). The first voltage level (V1) is the DC/DC converter (320) output voltage level, the second voltage level (V2) is the battery pack (310) output voltage level, and the third voltage level (V3) is a sum of the battery pack (310) output voltage and DC/DC converter (320) output voltage.
