DEVICE FOR FIXING A LOAD

The invention relates to a device for securing a load on a loading surface, comprising at least a first (3) and a second (4) securing arm, each of which is adjustable from a first, load-contact-free free position into a second position securing the load against a change in position, as well as a drive device for executing the adjusting movement of each securing arm between the free and the securing position. This device is intended to serve simple and rapid operation for securing the load. This is achieved in that the drive device additionally has differential gears drivable via a drive shaft (5) (6), whose output shafts are each mechanically coupled with a securing arm, whereby a rotational movement of the drive shaft is converted into an adjusting movement of both securing arms.
