A secondary battery includes a plurality of electrode assemblies, a case including a receiving space accommodating the plurality of electrode assemblies, and a cap assembly coupled to the case. The cap assembly includes a cap plate sealing an opening of the case, a plurality of first collector plates connected to first electrodes tabs of the plurality of electrode assemblies, and a plurality of second collector plates connected to second electrode tabs of the plurality of electrode assemblies. A plurality of bus bars are arranged in a first direction in which the plurality of electrode assemblies are arranged, with one of the plurality of bus bars connecting at least two of the plurality of first collector plates and the plurality of second collector plates. A first external terminal is connected to one of the plurality of first collector plates, and a second external terminal is connected to one of the plurality of second collector plates.
