The one or more heat exchangers (121) are configured to receive steam from the HRSG, the steam turbine system (64), or a combination thereof. The one or more heat exchangers (121) are also configured to receive an air (96). The one or more heat exchangers (121) are also configured to place the steam (116) in a heat exchange relationship with the air (96) to produce a heated air (118) and a cooled steam (119). The one or more heat exchangers (121) are also configured to send the cooled steam (119) to the carbon capture system (100).
