Disclosed are a battery cell, and a battery pack and vehicle including the battery cell. A battery cell according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include: an electrode assembly configured in a structure in which a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, and a separator interposed between the positive and negative electrode plates are wound in one direction; a battery can configured to store the electrode assembly; a positive electrode current collector electrically connected to the positive electrode plate; a cell terminal connected to the positive electrode current collector via a through-hole of a battery cell; a negative electrode current collector electrically connected to the negative electrode plate; and an insulator interposed between the battery can and the positive electrode current collector, wherein the insulator may have a thickness reduction portion formed thereon.
