The present invention relates to a pouch film laminate including a base material layer, a gas barrier layer, and a sealant layer which are sequentially laminated, wherein the pouch film laminate includes a silicone-based release coating layer coated on the sealant layer, the silicone-based release coating layer has a thickness of 1 µm or less, and the silicone-based release coating layer includes a silicone-based release agent, wherein the silicone-based release agent is a cross-linked silicone-based polymer having a weight-average molecular weight of less than 1,000,000 g/mol.
