The battery cell has a capacity of C and comprises a casing, and at least a partial region of the casing has a tensile strength of Rm at a temperature of 25 °C, wherein Rm and C satisfy: 250 MPa ≤ Rm ≤ 2000 MPa and 25 Ah ≤ C ≤ 550 Ah. According to the battery cell, the battery, and the electric device in the embodiments of the present application, the energy density and reliability of the battery can be improved.
