A control device that controls supply of power to a load acquires a lower limit value as a confidence interval of a prediction value for power demand by the load, acquires an upper limit value as a confidence interval of a prediction value for solar power generation by a solar cell, plans an output of at least one battery of a fuel cell or a storage battery that supplies power corresponding to a difference between the lower limit value and the upper limit value to the load, and controls an output of the at least one battery according to the plan.
