NON-AQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE AND LITHIUM SECONDARY BATTERY COMPRISING SAME

The present disclosure provides a non-aqueous electrolyte comprising a lithium salt, an organic solvent and a compound of Formula 1 below as an additive: wherein, In Formula 1, R is any one selected from the group consisting of F, R, an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms in which can be substituted with one or more fluorines, an alkenyl group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms which can be substituted with one or more fluorines, an alkynyl group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms which can be substituted with one or more fluorines, OR' and OCOR', and R' is any one selected from the group consisting of an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms which can be substituted with one or more fluorines, an alkenyl group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms which can be substituted with one or more fluorines, and an alkynyl group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms which can be substituted with one or more fluorines, wherein in Formula 1 and R, R has a structure represented by Formula 2 below, and wherein, in Formula 2, Rx and Ry are each independently either H or F.
