A tire of the present invention includes a belt coating rubber and a carcass coating rubber. The belt coating rubber contains a diene rubber containing natural rubber, a filler composed of carbon black and silica, an organic acid cobalt salt, a phenolic resin, and a curing agent in specific amounts, and has a dynamic storage modulus (Belt E') at 20°C of 13 MPa or more. The ratio (Belt E')/(Carcass E') of the dynamic storage modulus (Belt E') of the belt coating rubber at 20°C to a dynamic storage modulus (Carcass E') of the carcass coating rubber at 20°C is 2.5 to 3.5.
