In a low-temperature or extremely low-temperature environment, a low-temperature low-pressure liquid refrigerant absorbs heat and evaporates in the battery cooler (105) to form a gaseous refrigerant, the gaseous refrigerant is provided to the compressor (101), and the compressor (101) continuously performs high-power compression work to produce heat, so that a heat pump subsystem in the thermal management system has a relatively strong heating capability, so as to meet the heat requirements of a thermal management object such as a power battery.
