Provided are a secondary battery, a battery pack, and an electronic device. The secondary battery comprises a case, an electrode assembly, and an end cover, wherein the case comprises a side wall, which comprises an opening; the electrode assembly is arranged in the case; and the end cover seals the opening, the periphery of the end cover comprising a surrounding protrusion which protrudes towards the electrode assembly, and the inner radial side of the protrusion comprising an inner peripheral surface. The protrusion supports the electrode assembly, and a channel is provided between the protrusion and the electrode assembly, the channel communicating an inner area enclosed by the inner peripheral surface of the protrusion and an area between the inner peripheral surface of the protrusion and the side wall. By providing a channel in a region where the end cover abuts against a current collecting member, the gas venting rate of the secondary battery can be increased, and the efficiency of electrolyte injection, impregnation, and formation of the secondary battery can also be improved.
