The first material layer includes a first positive active material. The first positive active material includes at least one of lithium cobalt oxide, lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide, lithium nickel cobalt aluminum oxide, or lithium manganese oxide. The second material layer includes a second positive active material. The second positive active material includes at least one of lithium iron manganese phosphate or lithium iron phosphate. Along a length direction of an unwound positive electrode plate, a length of the first material layer is greater than a length of the second material layer. A terminal end of the first material layer includes a first end face, and a terminal end of the second material layer includes a second end face. The first end face extends beyond the second end face. The length of the first material layer is less than a length of the second positive active material layer. The risk of delamination of the positive active material layer is reduced, and the capacity of the electrochemical device is relatively high.",
