An electrolyte solution includes a lithium salt, an organic solvent and a diluent. The organic solvent includes at least one of a compound represented by Formula (I) or a compound represented by Formula (II). In Formula (I), Rand Rare each independently selected from C1-C10 alkyl, and k is an integer selected from 1-3. In Formula (II), X, Y, and Z are each independently selected from O or S, where for at least two of X, Y, and Z, one is O and the other is S; Rand Rare each independently selected from C1-C10 alkyl; and m and n are each independently an integer selected from 1-3.
