Unevenness is formed on a surface of the sealant layer and a contact angle between the surface of the sealant layer and the electrolyte is 37 degrees to 125 degrees. A secondary battery pouch film according to the present disclosure and a pouch-type secondary battery including the same include unevenness formed on a surface of the sealant layer so that a contact angle with the electrolyte can be adjusted, thereby improving a sealing strength of a sealing portion and being advantageous in terms of lifetime extension.
