SECONDARY BATTERY AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE

A secondary battery and an electronic device are provided. The secondary battery includes a housing, an electrode assembly, and a current-collecting plate. The housing includes an end wall configured with an explosion-proof valve thereon. The electrode assembly is accommodated within the housing, with a tab extending from an end of the electrode assembly facing the explosion-proof valve. The current-collecting plate is welded to the tab and includes a first opening and multiple second openings. The first opening passes through the center of the current-collecting plate and extends in a radial direction of the current-collecting plate. The second openings are distributed on both sides of the first opening. A portion between end portions of the second openings close to the first opening and the first opening constitutes a tearable portion of the current-collecting plate.
