Three input ends of the AC-DC power conversion circuit are respectively configured to connect to three phase output ends of an alternating current power supply in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the three input ends of the AC-DC power conversion circuit are further separately configured to connect to a ground end via capacitors, the two switches are respectively disposed between two input ends of the AC-DC power conversion circuit and two corresponding phase output ends of the alternating current power supply, and the resistor is connected in parallel to a first switch in the two switches. The controller is configured to: when an absolute value of a voltage difference between two ends of the resistor is less than or equal to a first voltage threshold, control the first switch to be turned on.",
