The blocking member is mounted to the case, and located between the drain hole and the battery module to block a binder for fixing the battery module from entering the drain hole. In the above-described technical solution, the blocking member can produce the effect of reducing or even avoiding binder for fixing the battery module from clogging in the drain hole.",
