STABILITY DEVICE, SYSTEM COMPRISING SUCH A STABILITY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR STABILISING A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE OR SEMITRAILER

The invention relates to a stabilizing device for a truck and/or for a semi-trailer that can be uncoupled from a tractor unit, comprising a stand foot (10) forming a ground-side bearing surface and a vertically extending stand (12), preferably of adjustable length, which is configured at its end for supporting cooperation with a support section of the truck or semi-trailer, wherein the stand forms a support bearing surface (24) extending parallel to the bearing surface at an end region of the stand opposite the stand foot for the support section, to which at least partially vertically extending stop means (26) are assigned for additional lateral engagement with the support section or an installation or aggregate adjacent thereto of the truck or semi-trailer.
