The airbag (20) is folded to surround a slide guide (30) including a hard member (31) having seat-belt passing portions arranged at predetermined intervals in an insertion direction of webbing (W) and a soft member (32) supporting the hard member (31). The airbag (20) smoothly slides along the webbing (W) through the slide guide (30) when the seat belt is pulled out.
