The heads-up display device is provided with: a projection unit (10) that emits projection light (200) depicting a display image; a first reflection unit (21) and second reflection unit (24) that reflect the projection light (200) exiting the projection unit (10) towards a a transmissive screen (30) ; and the transmissive screen (30) that outputs image light (100) towards an observer by transmitting/scattering the projection light. By adjusting the angle of the light axis of the projection light (200) entering the transmissive screen (30) by rotating the first reflection unit (21) and second reflection unit (24), the angle of the image light (100) exiting the transmissive screen (30) is adjusted.",
