Hydraulic disc brake for a handlebar-guided vehicle, in particular a bicycle and/or motorcycle, which has a brake disc assembly (1) with an adapter (10) and a brake disc (20), wherein the adapter (10) has an internal toothing (11) for a non-rotatable connection with a wheel hub of the handlebar-guided vehicle and driving lugs (12) for a non-rotatable connection with the brake disc (20), wherein the brake disc assembly (1) has a connecting member (30) for a captive connection of the brake disc (20) with the adapter (10).
