The invention relates to an optical sensor device (3) for a motor vehicle (1) for determining a radiation power of solar radiation (4) impacting a driver (5) located within the motor vehicle (1), comprising a light-sensitive receiving element (12) for detecting the radiation power, wherein the light-sensitive receiving element (12) has an incident angle-dependent sensitivity for a predetermined incident angle range (E) of the solar radiation (4), and comprising an optically imaging device (15) for transmitting the solar radiation (4) onto the light-sensitive receiving element (12), wherein the optically imaging device (15) is designed to modify the radiation power of the solar radiation (4) falling from the predetermined incident angle range (E) onto the optically imaging device (15) in an incident angle-dependent manner during transmission in order to compensate for the incident angle-dependent sensitivity of the light-sensitive receiving element (12), such that the radiation power detected by the light-sensitive receiving element (12) after transmission is incident angle-independent within the predetermined incident angle range (E). The invention furthermore relates to a driver assistance system (2) as well as a motor vehicle (1).
