The heater pad is adhered via a pressure sensitive adhesive to the glass substrate of the mirror reflective element, and the mirror back plate is adhered via a pressure sensitive adhesive to the heater pad. The mirror back plate includes first structure that is configured to attach at an actuator. A blind spot indicator element is disposed second structure of the mirror back plate.
