The invention relates to a cylinder sleeve (1) for installation in a housing (2), in particular an engine housing. The cylinder sleeve (1) comprises a sleeve flange (3) for support on or in the housing (2) and is characterized in particular by the fact that the sleeve flange (3) is provided with an adhesion promoter (H) for promoting adhesion between the cylinder sleeve (1) and the housing (2). The invention also relates to an associated housing (2) and a component arrangement consisting of the cylinder sleeve (1) and the housing (2).
