An engine purge controller controls the closing of isolation valves and the opening of vent valves to reduce a probability of fuel remaining in an isolation portion of the fuel feed line. The engine purge controller further controls the introduce of a purge gas to purge portions of the fuel from the fuel feed line through one or more of the vent valves.",
