A locking device (1) for fastening an object, for example an electronic device, to a carrier element comprises a first locking part (2) with a first connection section (22), a second locking part (3) with a second connection section (32), and a magnetic device (24, 34) which, when the locking parts (2, 3) are brought together, acts magnetically attractive between the locking parts (2, 3), wherein the connection sections (22, 32) can be screwed together by means of at least one engagement element (321, 221) and at least one thread (221, 321). Additionally, the first locking part (2) comprises at least one first anti-rotation section (23) and the second locking part (3) comprises at least one second anti-rotation section (33), wherein the at least one first anti-rotation section (23) and the at least one second anti-rotation section (33) are rotationally fixedly connected to one another when the connection sections (22, 32) are screwed together, and at least one of the connection sections (22, 32) of a locking part (2, 3) is rotatable relative to the anti-rotation section (23, 33) of that locking part (2, 3).
