The control calculation portion executes control to acquire, based on a survey result of the collimating ranging unit, three-dimensional data related to a characteristic portion of the measurement object which is present between a plurality of pieces of three-dimensional data that are included in point cloud data having been acquired by the scanner unit and of which the three-dimensional data has not been acquired by the scanner unit, and to add the three-dimensional data related to the characteristic portion of the measurement object having been acquired based on a survey result of the collimating ranging unit to the point cloud data having been acquired by the scanner unit.
