An unlocking device (1) with a pause function comprises a first moving member (13) having a first protruding portion (131), a second moving member (14) having a second protruding portion (141), and a third moving member (15) having a third end portion (E3) and a fourth end portion (E4). The second moving member (14) is disposed corresponding to the first moving member (13). The second protruding portion (141) is disposed cooperated with the first protruding portion (131). The third end portion (E3) is connected to the second moving member (14). When the fourth end portion (E4) of the third moving member (15) contacts a carry body (2), and a first end portion (E1) of a releasing member (12) moves along a first direction (D1) towards the housing (11), the releasing member (12) drives the first moving member (13) to move in the first direction (D1), so the second moving member (14) holds the position of the releasing member (12) by the second protruding portion (141) and the first protruding portion (131).
